lightish frame with tapered head tube, clearance for 700/32c and single speed compatible (EBB or fork ends).
Genuinely 'light' options would be limited I imagine as the folks that value SS compatibility typically aren't fussed about weight. Even the Arkose SS frame is a porky fucker.
