My stamina’s pretty average at the moment (2 young kids = not as much cycling as I’d like) and I do notice it when I do occasional track session especially.
Is there a dietary ‘hack’ (eurgh) that would just kind of make the most of what energy I have when I have a session/big ride?
I’m thinking ‘eat my body weight in edamame beans the night before then have a g+t for breakfast’ - that sort of thing.
