I've definitely noticed that sight hounds tend to greet each other very gently with a sort of nose fencing ritual. It's nice to see.
Normally followed by a sprint across the fields at Mach 1 ignoring any word of command, ime.
Yup, very noticeable that they greet other sighthounds in a different way. All ours have done this. Think they are just breedist...
Also, top tip to any future greyhound owners. Get pet insurance. They do break/injure themselves fairly regularly....
