As I've spent the best part of the last five years moving around between quite a few different countries I'm slowly resigning myself to the one (possibly two) bike life and as such I need to slim the stable.
This bike has been sat in my parents attic untouched for the last couple of years after I took it apart after a car accident that saw it's wheels get wrecked. The frame itself came out just fine (professional assessment made by LBS) but the paint was getting a bit ratty anyway so I used the opportunity to have it stripped back to bare aluminium.
As is very visible under the lack of paint there is nothing wrong with the frame apart from where the previous owner in a moment of madness removed a tiny bit of the metal of the seat post slot but this didn't cause any issues in the 3 years that I rode it.
Basically the frame is a blank canvas and looks pretty cool as is but equally you could have a go at a lairy diy paintjob or have something more professional done to make it a bit unique.
Happy to sell as frame and forks but I also have most of the parts that it was previously built up with and would be happy to come to an arrangement for a bundle price. These include:
-Fizik cyrano compact drop bars 42cm width
-Fizik cyrano seatpost
-3T Arx 110mm stem with the logo's acetoned off
-Sram force 22 shifters
-Sram force 22 front and rear derailleurs
-Ultegra 11-28 cassette with an 11 speed chain that has plenty of life left in it.
-Hope RS mono front and rear hubs in red 32h
-Sram Red exogram chainset with 53/39 chainrings (drive side only) BB30
-Sram red brakes (these are pending a bit of a strip down and clean)
-Shimano SPD SL 105 road pedals (ratty but perfectly functional)
Hell I even have some conti GP 4000's and a topeak master blaster frame pump I can throw in if you want to be 'on trend'. Basically if you built the hubs into wheels and found yourself a non drive side crank arm you would have a pretty nice full build!
To kick things off though I'm after £220 plus postage for the frame, forks, seatpost collar and headset.
