Why are there YouTube videos of people filming hifi systems at high end shows, with music playing, and nothing else?

No, it sounds like a phone you fucking doofus. The whole point of this ridiculous hobby is hi fidelity recording and playback, you twonk.
You haven’t seen YouTube reviews of hi fi where the comments are things like “it lacks bass” or “the treble is too sharp”. They would probably be commenting on the flavours of foods in videos they watch too.
