Got a set of DT-Swiss Spline 1800 wheels that would fit the bill. They're centrelock which is the only part which doesn't fit your requirements.
Would be looking for £175 and would come with Turbo Cotton tyres and both 12mm and 15mm front end caps.
I'm away this week but can sort pics next week if there's interest. There are a few small cosmetic marks and I'd describe as good condition rather than vgc.
