With ours it was usually more knowing where a car was going as people went about their business than stolen cars, also we put them on without owner consent so you’re a bit more limited on fitting and efficiency when you’re fannying around under someone’s beemer on their driveway at half three in the morning.
I am curious - was this a job ?

Last time I played with trackers and even sim card based ones all were defeated by single level containers and fridge backed vans.

If it’s a SIM card based tracker they were ok but if you get a container port with stacks of them it gets a bit harder but there are ways around that. Unfortunately I’m not sure anyone would bother to recover a bicycle. The other gps versions went rapidly down hill with anything blocking the signal.
