Possibly slightly pedantic question alert;
Can you cross roads as a pedestrian, i.e pushing your bike?
I ask as in cities to avoid time on major roads you might use smaller roads in, that is until you come to a major road. At said junction vehicles might have to turn with traffic rather than across but pedestrians may be allowed to cross.
