  • How much protein did they recommend? You didn't mention nuts, they're the best source in terms of protein per unit weight, maybe eat a few handfuls as snacks

    I've read around 1.0g/kg body weight is right for cardio athlete people and I'm 95% sure I don't get enough through normal meals. I asked in this thread a few pages back, wanted to track it in MyFitnessPal or something and write down what I found here but never got around to it. Am still alive I guess

  • Yes, I mean in terms of normal foods.

    The units on that website, WTF:

    Tempeh: 17 g protein per 1/2 cup

    Shelled edamame: 9 g protein per 1/2 cup

    Tofu: 9 g protein per 3 ounces

    Soymilk: 7 g protein per 1 cup
