As I established on the last page those aren’t strong enough to get to optimal levels (unless you also eat lots of fortified foods?)
How much protein are you getting?
What are the best ways to get more? A specific B vit supplement? I don't really eat much fortified stuff I don't think. Oat milk sometimes.
