Yeah, I thought about obesity and liver issues, but calling a guy out as a fat drunk on the internet seemed a bit agressive. 😂
Taking it with food helps with absorption, and iirc there’s a mineral that helps too.. magnesium or selenium maybe.
I would increase dose to 3-4000 iu, and if that didn’t work, switch brand, and if that didn’t work, see a dietician.
