Not really generic ,no. Sapim and DT Swiss make brass washers for that. You should ideally punch the heads with washers into the flange. There is a spoke head punch for that purpose but any blunt faced punch should do it.
If you want washers, you can grab some from me or i can post them for the postage cost if you are not in London

Thanks for the reply. Would rather get it right, took long enough to track down the hub :,) I assume it’s just a case of buying 28 generic washers and rebuilding with them? Any grease required? Thanks again
