Similar height, went with a 56cm. Too painfull to ride drop bars for me, now Hi-rise Mtb bars :) much nicer and fun.
If i get a Dolan again i think i will go 58cm and the longer headtube and risers.
Did the same with a Steamroller, got a 56cm but would like to try a 59cm, but finding the roller with a short high rise stem and pursuit bars a nice middle ground, again much fun with mtb riser bars on.
