i have a 54cm CAAD12 disc, it has a 57cm seat tube, which is fine for me as i normally have loads of seatpost hanging out. Also worth noting if it has the Shimano RS685 hydraulic shifters they are 10mm longer than a cable brake version, i have to run a shorter stem to account for that.
The 52cm isn't actually much smaller in terms of reach but it has less stack so bear that in mind.

It has the ultegra 8020 shifters. Wonder how they compare to normal SRAM rival?
Think I may stop via the LBS tomorrow and see if they can get a 52 from another store to compare.
