This is not a common issue, the main bb change I do is from pre 2013 to change the cranks too

I still haven't got my Sugino 75 cranks installed but will change the BB at the same time, what size? 68 x 119 ISO?

Unless pre 2013 the bb is JIS, but obviously just needs to suit the crank, 68/119 or so (I use 122 to clear the chainring)
