What size wheels does the GOAT have? 650b?
Will probably just be your brakes, shifters and derailleurs, dropper and finishing kit if so.
If 29", you could potentially shift the forks and wheels - I'd imagine you can re-dish the rear (or just get Matt to build the rear triangle off-centre).
And obviously you should get Eagle AXS

Me Julie is thinking of building a hard tail- likely an Isen Goat. She needs parts. I have a bike covered in parts. If I donate the running gear from the Scalpel, what could she use, what’s specific to Cannondale (something odd about the cranks and rear wheel alignment?) and what should I get to replace my existing parts?
