If you can, get some core strength exercises in, and loads a stretching. Makes a real difference over longer rides.
I definitely need some work in that area. I've got a pretty good stretching routine, but have slacked off of it recently.
Will get back into the daily press ups too, as that's always kept my core reasonably strong.
