WTB: Croix De Fer or similar ... XS ... whole bike or frameset

So after a pretty devastating break-in I'm looking to do a fairly cheap-ish build to get me back on the road. I could go the cyclescheme route, I guess. But seeing if I can find anything on here first.

1. Genesis CdF or similar ... steel frame ... the only thing is it needs to be fairly small (girl height) ... I'm 5'5" and usually ride an XS.
   
2. 10 or 11 spd wheelset (bonus if its silver)
   
3. 105 shifters (1o or 11 spd depending on wheelset)
   
4. rear derailleur (1o or 11 spd depending on wheelset)
   
5. Cdf carbon fork
   
   

Hopefully something out there.

I'm still hanging on to hope that my bikes will turn up eventually.
