Initially they’re blisters but not painful. I tend to pop them in the shower.
I’ve tried both different shoes and socks but the thing I’m certainly doing is oversizing. Perhaps, it’s something I’ve picked up from my childhood shoe shopping days with mum is always to go a size bigger. I’ve got about 3-4cm between my big toe and the end of my shoe but always thought that was necessary with running due to the swelling. Would a good shoe shop be able to measure my feet properly and recommend a pair?

Skin peeling off toes:
So for pretty much as long as I’ve been running I’ve had skin peeling off my toes and the occasional toenail drop off but it’s never been that painful. However, sometimes it has been painful and I’ve decided to not go out running to remedy this. Is this a symtom of something or just something I need to push through until my toes are made of rock?
