Maybe depends on number of rolls you sent them?
Posted 3 rolls to em 1st class on monday, got scans back on thursday. All C41

Hopefully. Admittedly it was 6 rolls, a mix of b&w, c41, 35mm and 120...im probably expecting too much. Normally its all 35mm c41 and very rapid service

yeh, can't be too harsh on em, they probs concentrate their services on 35mm, C41 as its most popular.
