Bloody love mine, although it has boring paint compared to this.
Not sure I would tour on it though,definitely handles like a "fast" road bike.
Picked it up from a work colleague who couldn't get on with the "twitchy " handling
All I could find on the net about it was this for sale add. which seems to be the designer selling his own bike.
