I’m 6’4” with a 58cm and wish I had bought a 61cm more and more (but that’s because I’ve lost the flexibility).
The stack and reach measurements are on their charts at good so use them against your bike fit.
The only reason I can see for recommending smaller is for aero and stiffness purposes.
