  • Really, we should look at the ebb and flow of MMTs (mainstream mincer trends) as part of our year-long 360-degree approach to mincing. Yes, we love the noise and rush of December, but let's also celebrate cold, hard February parcels of raisins wrapped in pages ripped from an A5 notebook, the illicit April mincing feakouts deep in the English outback, and the long, mellow, mincemeat-smeared days on the beach in July.
