They come with a rubber band to strap them on the seatpost, but there is also a screw at the back of the light, which I am sure you can use to mount it on a bespoke bracket. I am sure a quick google search will return more info about, maybe through the images.
Also, currently @Thrasher is supposed to collect this at the beginning of the New Year, failing that @mi7rennie expressed interest too.
