Yep sounds like it. The succulents are kept drier so that makes sense. Ok will dry the poor jasmine out again...

While it’s often claimed that springtails do little noticeable damage, they will feed on roots and moist plant matter, causing “leaf stipling” (yellowing) and cause other harm to growth and vigor.

Yellow stippling is how I would describe the leaves...

Oh they can damage a plant, cool. In that case I feel less guilty about letting them a whole colony of them die of thirst and hunger.
