Thanks for the clarification. I was also under the assumption that mint is box fresh but I understand that it's very much open to interpretation by everyone. He said that for the majority of the wear he gave it, it was on a NATO which makes me even more worried about the wear rate of the titanium on these.
Nope dealing in CAD, which according to XE works out to be about $675 at the current rate.I liked the idea of a Titanium version as it takes it a bit further away from a straight Sub 'homage', especially with the straight sword hands. Now I'm second guessing myself.
This is why I can't have nice things hah.

For me, there is nothing wrong with the watch as you have described it and going by the photos. I also really like the model for the same reasons you mention...it is actually quite unique. I'd just be looking for a little more money off it due to the desk diving scratches though. Personally speaking, I'd be tempted to get the credit card out if they went below $600 CAD.
Those bracelet marks are entirely normal for a well used daily wearer. Does it come as a full set with warranty card?

If it’s a Speedy you really want, pass on this. Saving is tough but it’s tougher when you keep rinsing the fund! When I saved getting over the £1k mark made me much less likely to impulse buy another £300 watch.
I chose a Ti Seiko for my 21st Birthday (not exactly a future classic) and in the last 18 years it’s become a total beater, scratched to shit and the bracelet is very stretched which they’re prone to do. Still my go to garage/welding/gardening watch.

Firstly, the Steinhart Ti bracelets are known to pick up scratches fairly easy. I don't think that is unreasonable wear. I'm not sure whether the finish on the Ti is suitable for polishing, you'd have to look that up.
What I can say is that watch is not mint. To describe it as mint is an utter piss take. Mint means absolutely unmarked condition, as if it has literally just left the factory.
Are you dealing in USD? A used condition Ocean One Ti usually sells for about £400 in the UK.
