Quite say the opposite - I've used the service before, and have a couple of things being repaired at the moment. I'm impressed by how speedy and personal their responses are.

I had a crash repair done recently and it was a normal turnaround. Filled in the online form and got an email the same day, sent the bibs off and got an email to confirm they had received them. Final repair back 10 days later.

Anyone dealt with Rapha repairs - are they usually slow to reply? I put in a request the other day but haven't heard nowt since.
