I have seen quite a few sapphire and diamond versions in boutiques, but not a single rainbow. So anecdotally, I wager they were very limited.

I know that Ellen Degeneres was offered one by Rolex. I assume that this means that they were mostly invitation only also.

AFAIK Mark Wahlberg and Sergio Ramos also have one. Unfortunately there's plenty of cunty jewelers who'll fake them for Instagram likes
