Use IG, they have a sophisticated and easy to setup TA platform (called Advanced Charts) to train with, using pretend money. Plenty of back-testing tools available too.
I'd suggest you approach the problem from first principals and find a method that suits your objectives.
Avoid ANYTHING on-line, and ANYONE that offers to teach you; If they could make money trading they would, rather than trying to fleece novices. You'll soon find yourself in a shit-storm of offers and sales people if you give away your email details.
Enjoy the challenge, and don't get too complex ! Oh, and get on with it before AI eats everone's lunch ;-)
