Thom and Rich were banned and I didn't abuse anyone, so maybe you ought to do the fact check. And an undies check while you're at it, because if you wipe your arse as well as you read you're probably walking around with shit betwixt your legs.
I'm in total agreement about the fresh air and a bike ride though, good suggestion. I don't even need to black up first, I can just go. It's so liberating.
