Installed/replaced FSA chainset today and seemingly absolutely sound with no play etc however there is a gap on the NDS (in fairness probably filled by the varying width of the wave washer (prob about 2-3mm) however I can still see a bit of silver spindle and an area that could get 'crud' in it. Is this normal or should I have a thin spacer on the other side?
