As title, good nick, cheap planet x branded stem (90-110) and a decent nick set of basic bars (40-42) to go with. Likely 31.8 clamp will be best as will probably find a pair of Deda bars on CRC for a tenner on black Friday. Will need posting (pref second class - fine, albeit a tight squeeze, for bars).
