I am selling my MTB.
I never get time to go bike packing and I bought a rigid SSMTB for Epping.
Frame has been modified with extra bosses as has the forks.

Tektro Draco disc brakes
Salsa rims on Halo front hub and Novatec rear hub
Pro stem 60mm
Mud handle bars
Two sets of WTB tyres (winter and summer) + Continental Speed Kings
No name inline seat post and random saddle (I am keeping my flite)

A cheaper, but full setup:
