Sprocket had moved, lock ring needed tweeking.
Will put new track nuts on next time I have wheel out.
I appear to have fitted a 15t last time so partly my legs are weak, partly pushing a bigger gear than expected.
Chainring bolts needed a tighten too.
Cables all chopped down and calipers centered for maximum brake power.
