ART. 9 - SUBSTITUTIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
It is possible to request the substitution of a participant by 10 September 2018, if registration is in order. An administration fee of €10.00 will be charged for this service.Understood that as 'you can swap your place (as long as its before the 10th)'
