Saw a great house today that we're keen to offer on asap.

Only minor thing is that it's not on mains sewage. Apparently the septic tank drains away naturally after a period of time in this system rather than having to be emptied.

Anyone got any experience of this?

No bleach down the toilet, as this will kill your beneficial septic tank-dwelling bacteria that consume your waste.
