Went to a proper bike fit today and turns out with a few adjustments, frame is fine. @Rolling_Thunder - you were right about needing a seatpost with no setback and @remrak was right about the more aggressive position and the reason for the slammed and negative stem.
Therefore, no longer for sale which I'm actually quite happy about! Cheers all
