Only if there is a category slow and oldish dudes who spend more time tinkering than riding up hill! I think I'll just use it to attempt to get my Strava times back to where they were a few years ago.
My re-cycling enthusiast nephew happened to work on the same industrial estate as a certain bike importer.

Believe the original damage was the small (yet to be repaired) crack in the down tube, probably caused by a work stand clamp or similar. I guess the frame was returned to the importer under warranty, who then replaced it and binned this one after hacksawing through the chainstay to prevent it be re-used.
It was given to me by an eagle-eyed skip diving nephew who that i might be able to do something with it.
