I also have a grinder you can borrow but seems a bit OTT, a rotary tool and thin cutting disc seems the right scale tool for the job...
Edit: or I have a drill and punch and am based by Limehouse, so happy to lend a hand. You'd just need to get a small drill bit for metal. I only have a 8mm one for drilling forks.
