From looking at results from crystal palace on BC there seems to be at least two 3rd cat riders racing who don't seem to have teams. I didn't think this was allowed but they seem to be racing so I guess they can wear whatever they want
Or as it’s a weekday evening race the commissar looks the other way, because they’re chilled out and not a nob, unlike a few of them.
