On/slightly off topic.
My solicitor (house buying) has been ccing me into emails with an incorrect (not mine) but seemingly valid email address.
This has resulted in various parties sending bank statements, investment account summaries, payslips and property purchase details unknowingly all being sent to this random email.
We noticed this about a week ago and informed them but it has again appeared to have happened again on friday.
Can i do anything here? Or is it also the liability of the respondees for not checking also
