I prefer not to have devices connected to wifi (all my buying habits beamed back to Apeman aka Chinese government). Since I have to plug it in to charge it (presumably) it's not even an issue of convenience.

I barely took any footage off anyway and the loop recording means you can just charge it. but there were times I would have liked to have checked it using my phone. You can review on the camera but its not that easy.
I probably wouldn't bother with the WiFi one to be honest but thought I'd let you know they were in the deal page too.

Means you don't have to physically connect it to get footage. Might even be able to review on your phone on the spot (this is a guess).
