Chain won’t stay on smallest sprocket

Hi

Trying to set up a 10 speed Sram groupset . Cannot get the chain to sit silently on the smallest sprocket , its noisy and keeps trying to jump to the second sprocket . I’ve unscrewed the limit screw all the way so it’s not touching and even released the cable , same issue .

All I can think is the hanger might be bent, it does looks like it could be leaning in but not sure. Also the derailleur cage from above to be angled out but surely this would have the opposite effect, any ideas?

Was using a 9 speed Campag set up previously on this frame with no issues.

That cassette is all out of order. WTF is going on with it?

You've got spacers and sprockets in the wrong place.

Specifically the two smallest cogs have a built in spacer so you need to move that first spacer back to between the spider and the first loose sprocket where you have no spacer.
