Nice, I bet that's a laugh off road. Longer chain and you'd easily fit a 32 in the back.
@rodman I wouldn't fancy one of those pedals whipping around and hitting me in the back of the legs - no foot retention?

Is that chainring in the inner or outer position on the crank and how's the chainline?
Doing some experimenting myself with a 105 FC-5600 road crank (and USE track chainring) but interested because fitting a 39t for HCs. -
Cut off a bit of inner tube and pull it onto the headset, should act like a sealant.

Here's mine in current form. Low (60 inch) gearing as used on hilly fire roads (gravel) and easy single track. Only problem I have with these frames is lower headset bearing gets a lot of water and dirt in it when used off road so go through bearings.
