The Hackney/Walthamstow section of the Lea is currently full of oil. Saw a oiled Cormorant next to the path at Hackney Marshes this afternoon.

awful isn't it. I live nearby. there's a petition pushing for some more effective action to be taken which could do with a few more signatures...
