Are you sure it's not just crud and crap in the mechanism? Good old scrub then lashings of WD40. Have to do it on the odd occasion.

At least use gt85 not wd. GT leaves teflon, wd leaves sticky....

The gears on my 2 speed need adjusting, as its currently a singlespeed. Does anyone know of a decent YouTube video that explains how to do it yourself?
