Good man. I've had my next appointment booked in for a while, for next Monday. Hoping the effects of marathon training with reduced blood volume for a day or two might be akin to altitude training. ;)

Was rung up by NHS Blood yesterday as stocks are low after the bad weather.
Just booked next session online.
