Gemini by Planet Computers.
Same hardware designer as the Psion 5, hence a nice keyboard with decent key travel but as it recesses when the lid closes, no keycap fingermuck prints on the screen.
2xUSB-C, should drive an external screen.
Doesn't come dual-booting but they have made a tool for desktop OSs to install Linux, flash Android builds etc. Think they're planning to officially support at least Debian.
