  • Thanks. Trying to do a little upper body circuit. Zero cardio (unless you count hopping up and down the 4 flights of stairs in my poorly designed home)

  • Free weights and machines should be pretty good for you - can do most of those even with a foot/ankle injury. Do you have a aircast/boot on?
