True, plan is to drop my current commuter wheelset in, they're road disc wheels so not sure how well the wider tyres will sit. But I want the dynamo and they're free.
I know I'll have plenty of clearance available, just a case of finding a nice tyre guard combo that fits well and doesn't leave it looking really gappy, which I imagine it will with current wheels/tyres/guards.

Yep. If you're still to procure wheels you could go 650b to help maximum clearance.
